The Baltimore City Fire Department has been a NICE customer for well over a decade, and during that time has invested in many technology upgrades to its 911 and CAD systems. NICE integrates to all of these systems seamlessly to streamline how work gets done. For example, as a result of our CAD integration, supervisors in the center can easily and quickly retrieve complete recordings of an incident, simply by typing a CAD incident number into NICE Inform. 911 texts are also recorded and can be easily retrieved.
