Allen County (KS) 911 center uses NICE Inform every day, in a variety of ways. The solution is integral to the center’s EFD and EMD Quality Assurance Programs. Because call-takers are able to use NICE to listen to calls and learn from them, the center has been able to achieve 90 percent compliance on EMD calls. The center also leverages calls captured by NICE to teach members of the community (students, senior citizens and civic groups) how to use 911 correctly.
